HP Systems Insight Manager 5.2 with SP1 - Windows

Hi

We wish to upgrade our current version (5.2 with SP1)of Insight manager to the latest version.

1.Can you confirm that it is a Service Pack update (Which version)

2.Can you outline the upgrade path

3. Is it a relatively simple non destructive upgrade

4. Are there any good practical documents to follow

There is an SP 2 upgrade.
You can just run the install, it will update an SP1 version.
It's non-destructive
Read the release notes.

There is also a post SP2 hotfix available.
