HP Systems Insight Manager and IBM Server

Hello,

we are using HP SIM 4.2 (SP2) and are going to integrate our IBM x-Series-Servers (342, 345 and some 330´s)
Especially, we want to check the HDD-Health-Status.
We already tried to use the HP Agents for Clients and IBM Director. None of them delivered the Health Status of the HDD´s.

If you have the HDD specific MIBs of the IBM servers, you can import those into HPSIM and then set the trap destination of the SNMP service on the IBM servers to point to the HPSIM machine. So this will ensure that the traps generated by the IBM servers are received by HPSIM and process it.
