HP VCRM upload control not working

Hi,

I installed the HP VCRM version 6.0.0.840 on our hpsim server.

When I try to upload a support pack, it gives me this error:
"The HP Version Control Repository Upload Control was not installed properly."

I googled the HP Version Control Repository Upload Control, but can't really find much about it.

Can anyone help me with this?

I assume you are browsing to VCRM for the 1st time in that Browser.

Have you installed the Upload ActiveX control, IE might block ActiveX, if VCRM URL is not part of "Trusted Site" under Internet Options->Security.

If problem persists, attach a screenshot of the IE window with error.
