HP Version Control Repository Manager fails to update
IF I try to update from HP VCRM the following error appears in the log.
The automatic repository update failed because an error occurred while retrieving the download site catalog.
Error for file: catalog.xml
Error code: 2147500037
Invalid HTTP status 404 trying to read file remote file ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software2/COL3293/catalog.xml.
Error downloading remote file ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software2/COL3293/catalog.xml to local file C:\hp\hpsmh\data\webapp-data\vcrepository\catalog.xml.
If I Check the URL, the file is not on the FTP server.
Anyone has the same problem? And where can you report it to HP?

Re: HP Version Control Repository Manager fails to update
Yes, exactly the same problem here since 01/16/2011.
I am blaming our unstable proxy for this, but since you experience the same error...
As a work around, I did add the necessary items manually. At least those that I knew of.
