HPINSIGHT Service and SQL 2008 EXpress DB id

Just wondering what the standard practice is. I have installed hpsim 63 on Server running Windows 2008 R2 Sp1. I used the same Domain ID for the HP insight service as I did for the SQL DB. Just wondering what starndard practice is.  DO most use a Local ID for  the service and the DB ?? Or should I use different ID's for both??  Do the ID's need to be member of Local admin?? Is there anything special these ID's need I don't see much in the doc.
