hpsim 4.2 Permissions deleting/clear events with operator rights

Hi,
I grouped some servers from a location an the local admin should be able to clear the messages that appear in his view. When I add the user to the CMS, he is able to clear the message, but also able to configure the SIM.
How can I grant the correct right to such an admin, that he sees only his servers and can only clear his events?
