HPSIM 5.3
I currently have HPSIM5.3 installed on a 32bit W2K3 server.
I plan on upgrading my existing installation to 5.3sp1
If I run the 5.3sp1 installation on top of my existing database, will I retain my database files? Any headsup?
Thanks

Re: HPSIM 5.3
Issue resolved. Upgrade completed as described in documentation of default upgrade (with minor exceptions).
Made copy of database (not needed). Notified our internal alert group of installation prior to upgrade. HPSim System sent numerous alerts during upgrade. Ran default upgrade. After reboot, existing shortcuts no longer worked. Created new shortcuts and access was successfull.
Database remained intact. Verified remote success.
