HPSIM Automatic Event Handling Manage tasks

Is there a way to let a user with these rights "limited, allowed to create/modify/delete all reports and their own tools" to change a task in Automatic Event Handling?
I have assigned them in their tool box event monitoring service and Action on events but they still can not manage this task, or even see the Automatic event handling menu under events.

hi,

i think only the creator of the task can modify them. so if you want, that a limited user can modify task, the user has to create them.
