HPSIm Deployment on MSCS

Is it possible to deploy SIM 5.0 on a MSCS clusterr? If so, is there any installation documentation?

Not at this time. The best thing to do is to install HP SIM against a database that is hosted on an MSCS cluster or other high availability scenario.
