HPSIM lost his connection with the SQL DB.

Hi,

Who can help me with the next problem?

Every 25 / 30 minutes HPSIM lost his connection with the SQL DB.

The next Events are in the Eventvwr:

Lost connection to database, exception: java.sql.SQLException: I/O Error: Socket closed SQL=none
Restarting MxDomainManager
Restart was Successful
HP Systems Insight Manager started.

We are using HPSIM version 5.1 with SP1 and a Local SQL (2000 SP3) DB.

We are using 2 SIM servers. Both with the same problem. Problem started (both servers) on 6/1/2007.

What is your server configuration? And, have you configured your SQL server to use specific amount of memory?

HP ProLiant DL380 G3
W2003 SP1
2x 3066 MHz CPU
6 GB Memory

2856 Items in SIM (Servers, ILO/Riloe and Enclosures).

SQL:
Fixed memory 2560 MB (of 5631)
