Hpsim not open in brower

Hpsim not open in brower

i have a hpux v3 installed with hpsim all things.
Now when i isse the command mxconfig -a first time it shows me "successfullt completed without any error"
Now i am able to access HP system managment homepage with port 2301
but Hpsim is not opeing at any port
i have tried 2301,2831 but non work.


i have go through all guides but not find any hpsim port troubleshooting guide or help
