HPSIM reporting GMT Time (not Eastern Time) as the "Event Time"?
Since updating our Central Management Server with the Windows 2000 Daylight Savings Time patch, I noticed that email alerts from the HPSIM server now show Greenwich Mean Time, not Eastern Time as the "Event Time."
For example -- original "Event Time" for all emailed events:
Sat, 1/13/2007, 12:52:22 PM EST
Now seeing this for "Event Time" for all emailed events:
Tue, 2/20/2007, 9:51:48 PM GMT
How do I correct this? The clock is set correctly on the server -- as is the time zone.
Note that the automated tasks also show the event occuring as of the GMT time -- not Eastern Time. So this is an HPSIM issue -- NOT an email server issue.

Have you updated to HP SIM 5.1 (required for the DST2007 changes...)?

I'm still on 5.0
But after a reboot, it is now working correctly.
Is it mandated that a change be made to 5.1?
If so, I'll probably want to move from win 2000 to win 2003. Is there a way to bring everything over as it now exists (automated tasks, etc. -- to a new OS)?
