HPSIM SNMP Traps

hello
We are going to use a Tivoli solution to provide software monitoring and have read and read/write trap community strings set up already would it be possible to use that same community strings for HPSIM to monitor the hardware etc.

Yes,
See under Options / Global Protocol Settings.

Or you can have multiple Community Strings if you want a degree of separation.
