If you don't know where software status polling is, go to "Options -> Status Polling -> Software Status Polling". Then select relevant servers and run it.

"HP Insight Diagnostics is not supported on this product." reported
Description
HP Insight Diagnostics is only supported on HP or Compaq ProLiant servers that have the ROM-Based Setup Utility (RBSU). The HP Health Driver is required to make this determination, so if this error is received on a system that is apparently a supported system, it could be that the Health Driver is not loaded and running. HP Insight Diagnostics is also supported on HP Workstations, which do NOT require the Health Driver.
Workarounds
For HP ProLiant servers, load the HP Health Driver included with the Management Agents on the HP SmartStart CD.

Not sure if that's possibly a reason or not. I've not found any trouble myself yet in installing the diagnotistics. Worth a shot though to see if this is the problem.
