HPSIM very slow via network

I'm running HPSIM 5.3 on HP Bl460c machine (Windows 2008 Xen guest) with 2 Quad-core CPUs and 16GB RAM. It runs quite fast when i'm working on localhost (via RDP). Problems we observe are connected with remote access via HTTPS. Sometimes it takes minute or so to get neccessary data (i.e. events) , sometimes it 'hangs' so I have to hit "refresh" in my browser. I tried to locate the source of the problems, without success.

So you are running Xen on the Blade and the CMS inside of that? I would look at the network interface of the Xen box if the SIM page responding quickly at the console.
