HPSIM5 - servers disappearing from view

Hi,
After installing HPSIM5 from scratch several times with the MSSQL database on another server we have problems with servers disappearing from the server view.
After the first scanning - the servers are there... 24 hours later the are not. (All records are in the database.
Any suggestions? (HPSIM5_sp5 has been rinstalled xx times without any improvement. We have also tried to install to different databases on other servers. HPSIM on the same server.)

Hello.

Are these devices present in the 'Devices' table ? If yes, make sure the account you use has the administrator rights on the CMS and the all systems views (Options/security..). I had a similar issue two weeks ago that was caused by a lack of privileges.

Reinstalled with a local account fixed the problem after making new domain accounts for viewing and admistering..
