HTTP Services Failed.

Hi Everybody,
I am trying to install software and firmware in the managed syatem.when i did,the following error have been occured:-HTTP Services is disabled.But when i checked the HTTP services is enabled on the both end that management server and managed system.
So can anybody know how to install the software and firmware in the managed system?
