HW Status ALWAYS Green

I have been looking at HW Status for some time, and it is ALWAYS green.

Even if the servers system management homepage shows overall system status like Orange (Major)

Why is it like this ??

Sounds like no Hardware polling tasks are running or don't have access. If they do not have access to Agents or SNMP they just report the connectivity status.

I can see that Hardware Status is running every 5 minutes.

How can I verify that the server or task is having access to the Agents or SNMP ??

I found an error in SNMP configuration.
