I don't get any alerts by mail but critical

Hi All,

I've got my alerts configured to e-mail me when "severity" = ANY for "servername" = ANY. I only get the critial events (server down). I just added 8 redundant powersupplies, I've got 8 server is major alert but I didn't get any error by e-mail from Insight.

Can you give some more details?

E.G What version of SIM etc
