IC 2.30 upgrade fails, IC Management Service to old

I am trying to upgrade our IC server to version 2.30 (Downloading 2.35 now). When I tried the upgrade, it errored out saying the Insight Control Management Service was at version 1.0.2 and need to be at least 1.10. I found a Insight Control DVD version 1.1 and tried to install from that. It says latest version already installed. I then found a version 2.0 of the DVD and said it was going to skip all components except for Insight Control Management Services. Says it will upgrade that from 1.0 to 2.0. I click continue but during the HP Systems Insight Manager portion (says it will reinstall/reuse), setup fails and never continues to upgrade the Insight Control Management Services. How can I get Insight Control Management Services upgraded to version 2.0 so I can install the latest version of Insight Control 2.30? Is there just one setup file for Insight Control Management Services that I can run to upgrade just that piece?
