identification of some servers

Most of my servers are identified correctly, but there are some that are in my list that show up as an Unknown system type (instead of Server), and the Product Name and OS Name fields are blank. They have the latest ProLiant Support Pack. What else could be the problem? This is happening on standard ProLiant servers and a couple of blade servers as well.

ok, figured it out with the help of these forums... from a google search! the snmp service on some servers was not configured correctly.
