IE7 Security Update "Breaks" PSP 8.15

Has anyone had trouble with this update "breaking" the VCA of PSP 8.15? I am testing this PSP on a couple of servers, and after I applied this update, the VCA was not working. I could not restart the service. I uninstalled this update, which needed a reboot, and the VCA worked properly. I then reapplied the update. I had to reboot again, and now the VCA is working fine. Just an FYI if you run into this, plan on multiple reboots! Maybe someone else has a different workaround?

Which IE7 update? is it from the December MS patch release?

It is December's. KB958215. It was the oddest thing. The one server I had to uninstall and reinstall the update (ML370 G4, 2003). The other server was acting the same, but I couldn't work on it right away. When I got back to it, all of a sudden it was fine (BL460c G1, 2003) I have one more that I am testing 8.15 and I will put put it on there. It is running 2008.
