ILO-card not connected, SIM reports it red!
Hi
I have a customer that connect and use the ILO-card on most of the server but not all.
With firmware newer than 1.64 HP SIM report the server as red if the ILO-card is not connected.
With firmware 1.64 SIM report the server as green if the ILO-card is not connected.
Is it possible to have newer ILO-firmware that 1.64 and a disconnected ILO-card and get HP SIM to report it as green????
Regards Mikael

Re: ILO-card not connected, SIM reports it red!
Hi Mikael,
I had similar issues after I performed a firmware update on my servers. I got around the problem by openning the HP management Agents program (From within the Control Panel). From the services tab, move "Remote Insight Information" to the inactive agents window. Ok the change and the agents will restart.
