Ilo's unreachable after upgrade to 7.40

I just updated all of the software on my Sims server yesterday to 7.40 (I am running Sims 4.2). Since then every Ilo we have is reporting unreachable, with the critical notifications continually being sent. However, they are all really accessible and working properly. Is this a bug with one of the pieces that I need to roll back?

Since posting this I have rolled back the agents on my Cims server. Now it won't even discover the Ilo's. If you go into the server hompage, the management processor is there and looks fine. There are no problems with Riloe II, only the onboards. I then reinstalled the new PSP software (7.40) and still cannot discover the Ilo's. Everything was working fine before I upgraded!
