ilos not matching up with servers

I run into this all the time and have yet to find a proper solution/cause to why the ilo's do not always show the relationship to the servers it is in. (HPSIM 5.0 SP5) I have verified all DNS, everything is fine. I have verified the SNMP settings on the ilo itself, everything is fine. Trap dest is set for HPSIM server, and the setting is enabled for the level of info passed on. I have discovered all the ilos, and received test traps from them, they just will not associate with the servers they are in.

What version of SIM do you have? this has been seen in HPSIM 5 sp1...the must update is the version sp5
