Insight Agents and NNM

Not sure this is the right forum for this...

I am familiar with the SNMP issues a dn the "system unknown" problem with the Systems Management Homepage.

Normally if SNMP is not restricted and the Agents are up to date it will work fine.

We have one server on which this doesn't work and it is running NNM 7.5.

Since NNM does alot with SNMP and has the EMANATE SNMP service, I am wondering if NNM is somehow intefering with the SNMP communication between the Insight Agents (7.40) and the hardware.

I did a search and I found a post with someone havhing this problem with version 7.20 and NNM 7.5, but nothing about 7.40.

Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!
