Insight Agents Don't Install On DL385

Hi.

I just got a DL385 deployed in my environment and wanted to make it my CMS.

I used SmartStart 7.30 and 7.20 on separate occasions but I still get the same problem. During the part where the agents install, the system hangs or takes a long time. And even when thats done, the Agents aren't even installed.

In the System Management Homepage, the server is recognized as "unknown".

And nothing is reported except version control.

I even tried installing the agents again and it would hang.

Any help please?

It's a new product, I'd recommend logging an official call.

If you receive the below Version Control Agent log message when installing a PSP, you could be trying to update too many revisions in one hop. Either install an earlier PSP versions before retrying the current one, or install the PSP via the command line â Setupc.exeâ utility, which doesnâ t worry about this issue.
