Insight complete uninstall problems

Hello,

Windows XP SP2, Insight 4.02

Had a bad 4.01 installed so attempted uninstall using add/remove programs. Installed 4.02 failed. Trying to completely remove program. All services gone, can't delete ..Program Files/HP/Systems Insight Manger folder. Every time I log in, the folder displays on mydesktop but it's not in any startup directories. Any help would be appreciated.
