Insight Control 7.1 install - SMH/WMI Mapper fails, all other components, "skipped."

Insight Control 7.1 install fails,

HP systems Management Homepage generates, "Error -214682835:File not found"

WMI Mapper generates, "Setup failed. See the C:\HPIC\logs\IM_#####\wmimap.log for more details."  The log is blank.

All remaining components generate, "Skipped" except,

Product Configuration generates, "Completed with errors."

WS2008R2 w/SP1

UAC and DEP disabled.

Insight Control 7.1 Integrated Installer

Local Express DB

Installing following components,

 - HP System Management Homepage

 - WMI Mapper

 - HP Version Control Repository Manager

 - HP Insight managed system setup wizard

 - HP Insight Remote Support Advanced

 - HP Insight Control power management

 - HP Insight Control performance management

 - HP Insight Control virtual machine management

 - HP Insight Control server migration

 - HP Insight mxsync Utility

 - HP Insight Control licensing and reports

 - HP Insight Management Advisor

Any suggestions appreciated.
