Insight Manager 5.0 Event Management

I have a requirement to give access to Insight Manager 5.0 to a certain number of users. These users need to clear down or assign events to other users but their configuration access should be restricted. I have tried to set this up by setting up a Limited access user with access to the "Monitoring" Toolbox. However, I click on the various events lists, the clear/delete events or "assign to:" buttons are not available. I have tried adding the clear/delete event permission to the Monitoring toolbox but the buttons still do not appear. Any advice greatly appriciated.

I am trying to do exactly the same thing and have the same issue. I've asked the question in an email to an HP SIM technical specialist.. hopefully we can come up with a solution short of giving them ALL Tools!
