Insight Manager 7.10 Install Problem

I am trying to intall Insight Manager 7.10 on DL360 with Win2003 Ent. Ed.

Everything installs fine but when I goto run
Insight Manager it seems to hang

Its says checking HTTP status

Prompts me for security Cert.
Proceeds to say checking for Java Plugin

This is where it hangs.

Any ideas?

I think you mean the Management CD 7.1 and HP Systems Insight Manager 4.1. If so, check to see if you have security update MS04-025, documented in Knowledge Base article KB867801. Due to a change in behavior in IE, a patch for HP SIM 4.0 & 4.1was necessary (but not for 4.2 which contains the fix).
