SLES9 CMS gone after 4.2 upgrade

We run our HPSIM CMS on a SuSE Enterprise Server 9. After the upgrade from 4.1 to 4.2 the CMS no longer can "see" itself.
All the monitored servers (NetWare and Windows) displays fine, but the CMS itself now shows up as "Unknown".
The Management Agents load OK and I can browse directly to servername:2301, but the link to the agents has disappered below Status Information.
I just did the upgrade - no configuration or password changes. It's still able to retrieve the SNMP information, but there seems to be an issue with the communication with the agents. I just can't figure out what...
