Insight Manager Agent needs 100% CPU

I have the Problem on a few servers. When the agents starts it needs 100% CPU when i stop the agent the server works normally. I have the newest agent and the newest HP System Homepage.

Try removing,SYSTEM INFORMATION in MANAGEMENT AGENT in control panel , under SERVICES

Did you try the latest version for insight agent ,it should be 7.41

Hiya,

As Daniel said v7.41 has the following fixes:

Where some storage boxes may not be displayed if boxes are attached to both Smart Array controllers and SCSI HBAs.

Insight Management Agents service would sometimes cause high CPU utilization.

Insight Server Agents for Windows reporting false CPU failure.

Clearing all thresholds from HP Management Agent would not clear thresholds under the Performance tab in the System Management Homepage.

Threshold alerts would not get resent when the total disk usage falls below the threshold value and then crosses it again.

I had the same issue, the CPU hits 100% but after updating to 7.41 this was resolved...
