Insight Manager giving wrong received date

I have e-mail notifications when a critical issue ariseswith 1 of our servers. The e-mail event received section is showing nearly a year out of date but when I check the management homepage the date received is correct. Has anyone any ideas. The following text is the auto created e-mail

Event Name: Discovered Device
Event originator: DHNH01
Event Severity: Informational
Event received: 13-Apr-2004, 09:59:55
Event description: This event is created whenever a device has been discovered. The Discovered Device event can not be deleted. If this is seen from a notification task, that task was configured to run using new or removed entries from a device query and likely the device status changed. See the help text on creating notification tasks for additional information.
