Insight Manager on Win2003 stopped working

I was working within "Insight Manager" a day ago collecting and reviewing firmware, drivers, etc. I then applied the latest ROM PAQ, updated all firmware and drivers. After my reboot I can no longer get into Insight Manager "https://127.0.0.1:2301/" fails.

Any thoughts? This is all new to me... Yuk it up.

It should be either:
http://127.0.0.1:2301 or:
https://127.0.0.1:2381

The first one should redirect to the second. An https request to 2301 would fail.
