Insight Mgr on an Itanium Widows 2003 VM?

Is it possible to install Insight Mgr on an Integrity Virtual Machine running Windows 2003 Enterprise for IA?

Id doesn't seem to, but being a HP-UX guy, I wanted to make sure.

No, the only executable for HP SIM on IPF is for HP-UX. Windows and Linux is x86 only. The general assumption is that Windows environments will have a mix of IA64 and x86 systems and customers will prefer to use less-expensive x86 hardware.

Well, for us, the best (price, support costs, etc) would be to have the ability to run Insight Mgr within a Integrity Virtual Machine Windows guest machine.

It just seems a little strange that HP does a lot of pushing to run the various Windows apps on Integrity, but one of their own, doesn't.

I have been running it under HP-UX. But, now with the end of ISEE and the emergence of SFM, I'm required to run ISM under windows. And when you factor in that I can't go out and get a Proliant, I'm stuck for the time being.
