installation failure

When installing 4.1 the system reaches the point where it is configuring the Database and then hangs. I've checked the logs and there are no entries. This is running msde on the local system.

Interesting, is this a new system or was 4.0 installed?

Brand new system. Would Terminal Server have any issue with this? I remember that the PMP did.
