Installing PSP on RHEL 3.0 - failing

An attempt was made to install the Linux Support Paq on an unsupported operating system. Installation FAILED.
No supported Bundle XML files were found.

Possible issue?

Current kernel:2.4.21-15
Kernel that is looked for int eh shell scrip :2.4.21-4
