Integrated Management Log Viewer - Out of Memory
Hi Guys
Got a Small Business 2k3 server. A Proliant ML350 G4. When we crank up HP Proliant Integrated Management Log Viewer it spends about a minute with "Loading data" displayed. Then ends with a window "Out of Memory! OK"
(No, it's not ok - grin) You can click on OK to clear the notification window but you are then left with a blank Integrated Management Log Viewer. (Not much good to anyone.)
The sbs box had a crook LAN connection earlier and I suspect the log is absolutely chocker with LAN error events. So have tried "Clear All Entries", then click on the "Clear" button. Then click on "Yes - Are you sure want to clear the Integrated Management Log" (Yes, of course I'm sure - grin) We then see "Attempting to clear the log". And finally we see a window pop up with the lovely message "The clear log command failed. The server may be temporarily inaccessible due to network problems, or the Remote Monitor Service may have been suspended. OK"
Have the SNMP service configured just like all our other SBS's so that's not an issue.
Anyone with any clues on how to clear this log.
Thanks in advance
Mike
