Integrated Management Logs not clearing....

Integrated Management Logs not clearing....

I have a few servers with quite a bit within their IML's. I've chosen all the options available.

ie: mark selected items repaired, mark all items repaired and clear all IML entries.

All completed with no luck. I refresh, or reconnect to the log page and the same log files still exist.

Anyone experience this?

Try accessing the log directly using the IML Viewer. Go to Programs->HP System Tools-IML

If you can clear them there it would indicate you may not be able to fully access the Server.
I'm not too sure how it's done but you may want to check on the SNMP Write Community Name.

That seems to have cleared them out.

I will have to check my SNMP strings.
