Is there a writeable field to base a system list on?

Is there a writeable field somewhere in SIM 5.0 where I could put an identifier on systems that I can use to create a system list?

We have a list of "critical" systems but the only way I've found to create this list so far is by excluding many of our 400 systems by name.

This system list is excluding about 30 systems by name and a few by name pattern matching. It takes quite a long time to edit.

It's also apparently plagued by a bug that causes it not to display results when viewed from the systems and events page (because of the number of statements).

There's a free-form field in the agent called 'Server Role' that is for just this purpose.

I was hoping for something server side, in the SQL backend database.

Not all of the devices are proliant. Some are only managed by SNMP, so something on the "Agent" really does not resolve the issue for me.
