I have deployed PSP 7.20 to several servers and am having major issues trying to get them to play properly with SIM 4.1
I deployed PSP 7.20 okay, other than the Online Diagnostics error which I have seen mentioned, but am not getting any of the server applets showing in the Systems Management Homepage other than 'Version Control'. All the services are running and entries are going in the event logs, but SIM just doesn't seem to see the other stuff (like RILO, RAID, ENVIRONMENT etc). This is the case both locally and on the SIM console.
Can anyone help?

Re: Issues with PSP 7.20 and SIM 4.1
Did you deploy the entire PSP?
Have you rebooted the server since the deployment?
7.20 uses a new Management Homepage, there should be a link to this from the Desktop on the Server, what happens if you click on that?
As an aside, if yoy just use Add/Remove programs to remove the Diagnostics Utility before deploying 7.20A it works fine.

Re: Issues with PSP 7.20 and SIM 4.1
I've since found another thread that mirrors exactly my problem (http://forums1.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=805954), so I will close this one and go there.
The answers to your questions are, however:
Yes, entire PSP deployed (updated 7.10)
Rebooted the server many times since deployment.
When I click on the link, I login using my LAN credentials (local admin on this box)
The attached is the screen....
Cheers,

Re: Issues with PSP 7.20 and SIM 4.1
Open Services console and verify that
hp Insight Foundation,
hp Insight Server,
hp Insight NIC and
hp Insight Storage Agents are running, if it is running but is not showing up in the Systems Management Homepage then try restarting the SNMP service and check if it shows up.
