Java Problems on HP Insight Manager

Hello,
I am running HP Insight Manager and all is working ok on the server, However I seem to have problems accessing the server from some clients and have a feeling it is Java VM Related. I go to the following url

https://servername:50000 and get the normal
certificate warning. The screen then appears with the normal HP Systems insight Manager top frame, along with 'Please Wait Checking for Java Plug In' the screen then waits in this state for ever. At the bottom of the browser it says
'Applet com.hp.mx.portal.applet.baseapplet.testapplet started'

I have tried uninstalling all copies of the Java VM and installing the one from the SIM Server this doesnt work. I have also tried intsllaing the latest Java VM from the Sun web site with the same result.

I do have other workstations that it works ok on but my helpdesk are currently unable to monitor as I cant get it to work on their machine (or some others)

Any help greatly appreciated.
