JRE 1.5.xx and Netscape/Mozilla with SIM

When trying to use the latest java release (1.5.0.xx) with the remote web console, I get the standard "No java plugin detected" error message...
Are there some known compatability issues with this java release?
Do I have to fall back to ver. 1.4.2_06 or _05?

Using Win2k, SP4, Netscape 7.1, Java (Plug-in )1.5.0_01 for Netscape Navigator.

Which version of HPSIM, I think I tried 1.5 with Firefox 1.0 and it worked with HPSIM 4.2. I still had some stability issues so I fell back to 1.4.2_06.
1.5 did not work with Firefox 1.0 and HPSIM 4.1 at all.
All this was on a Windows platform.
I still use IE as I cannot get the PMP Graphs or the Memory Page to display with Firefox.
