License error while trying to deploy VMware Template

Hello

I'm getting the following error

"02/02/2012 01:16 AM",CRITICAL,"Task for
Logical Server VMLinuTest55 has failed. Logical server job (ID =
VMLinuTest55_VMLinuTest55.172.16.18.0) completed with a failure status.  
Failure:   was filtered out because it is not licensed"
I attach the currently available licenses on my system
any ideas?
