License Manager Problems.

HP SIM 5.0 SP5
VMM and SMP 2.1

No matter what license I attempt to deploy to a node I cannot accomplish the task. VMM, PMP etc. all fail when I try to apply a license to a node.
The following error occurs when attempting to deploy a VMM license to a GSX, ESX or Microsoft Virtual Server.

This page can be accessed only by using the HP Systems Insight Manager menus.

I have reset all my accounts logged in with different accounts etc. and get the same error.

I then try to apply a PMP license and I get the following error.

HTTP Status 404, Not Found
User: 1220

I have seen that other users have had similar issues and this is really getting me. Not sure what to do. I am hoping this does not require a re-install that would be ugly.
