License shifting from CMS to Other CMS

Dear Friends,

I Have 2 datacenters and each Datacenter has its own hp SIM servers installed version 7.1, we are maintaining licenses like iLO advanced for blade, ICE licenses, VCEM licenses etc from SIM server console for individual location.

The question is can I move these licenses between two SIM servers?

Reason behind this requirement is :

I have 1000 iLO advanced Licenses for Blade systems purchased and uploaded in to both the SIM servers equally (500 in each SIM server)

later found one of the Datacenter has more number of servers and less numbers of iLO advanced licenses available in SIM server LIcense Manager,  whereas other Datacenter  has less number of servers but has more iLO advanced licenses uploaded in License Manger.

Now the question is how can I move those exes amount of  iLO Advanced licenses from one Datacenter's SIM server to other Datacenter's SIM server, so that I can apply those licenses on remaining servers.

Federated CMS dint help me much on this as it helps only searching those servers from other CMS servers.

Please advice as I  don’t want to reconfigure or rediscover my servers again.
