Limited users can not clear events
In a large company such as ours this is a bit annoying. Differnet groups of technicians are supposed to manage their own group of servers. A part of this job is to respond to events and, when the issue is resolved, clear them.
I do not, however, want every thchnician having full administrative rights in the management server.
Does anyone have any idea on how to resolve this problem, or do I have to continue using Insight Manager 7, where this is possible.
I can't be the only one out there with this problem, since the ability to respond to, and manage, events is one of the most basic functions of any management system.
Thanks in advance!
