Logical Disk Drives Report
Recently upgraded to HP SIM 4.2 SP2 from version 4.0. In the process, I ended up re-creating the database with a complete new instance of SQL Server. I then manually discovered my servers, and upgraded them to version 7.20 of the Proliant Support Pack.
Before upgrading, when I ran the "Logical Disk Drives - Servers" report, it showed the drive letter for each of the logical drives on my servers. Now it does not, with a couple of exceptions. Server0 shows the drive letter in the report, but Server2 does not. Both servers are configured identically (Proliant DL380 G3, Windows 2000 Server, SP4).
Any ideas why this might be happening? I have a customer that likes this report, but likes it even better if the drive letters are included.
Thanx in advance.

Re: Logical Disk Drives Report
Found part of the answer. If WBEM is enabled as a Management Protocol, the drive letters are NOT included.
Next question, is how to remove WBEM from the list of Management Protocols.

Re: Logical Disk Drives Report
Goto Options -> Protocol Settings -> Global Protocol Settings or System Protocol Settings (for targeted devices).
