Login is only allwed on an SSL/HTTPS connection error

I have DL 580 server and everytime i try to access the System Management homepage and type in the correct psw and account i get the above error, could anyone tell me how to get over the problem.

What is the version of SMH you have?

You are accessing SMH in 2381 port?
